The Resort at Paws Up had their summer 'Campfire Chefs' with our good friend Chef Beau MacMillan from Elements at Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort. They also welcomed Chef Jonathon Sawyer, Chef Charlie McKenna and Chef Garrison Price—and their very own Executive Chef Sunny Jin.
Guests were treated the entire weekend to mouth-watering dishes. Chef Beau had a 'Bull Barn Dinner' menu that paired extremely well with our Sierra Mar Vineyard Chardonnay, our Soberanes Vineyard Pinot Noir and our Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Delicious plates like Heirloom Tomato & Burrata Salad, Ricotta & Chive Gnocchi and Seven-Spiced Tomahawk Ribeye were served. We could have stopped right there but of course, there was dessert!
This beautiful resort in Montana was the perfect backdrop for the weekend of cooking and campfires. Thank you for a fantastic time everyone!
