Shipping & Delivery

If your state is experiencing warm weather or you will not be home to accept the delivery, please note the requested date to receive your box in the 'Special Instruction' field that is displayed during your check-out process.

UPS and Federal Express are carrier options for Red Stitch Wine. Once the wine has been scanned and placed on trucks, Red Stitch cannot quarantee the delivery time on UPS packages. Delivery delays can occur especially during seasonal times of the year. Carrier fees are based on weight, quantity and delivery address. A person of legal drinking age must be present to accept and sign for the package. Carriers will attempt delivery three times, after the third failed attempt, the wine will be returned to the warehouse. Carriers do not leave wine shipments at the door or at a PO Box. The customer is responsible for the fees to reship a missed package.
