Rich and well-centered on a core of currant, blackberry and plum flavors, with black licorice, spice, cedar and dusty-earthy notes. Very complete and balanced, ending with cedary, fine-grained tannins.

The 2011 Red Stitch Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon greets the eye with a dark purple and black center, cradled by a garnet-colored meniscus. Notes of dried tobacco, cassis, sultry earth and undertones of maple and obsidian rim the stemware and invite one to enjoy this elegant yet muscular blend. With 97% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Malbec, this dark cherry, leather and cinnamon warm the palate with cardamom and toasted vanilla notes so familiar to Red Stitch on the finish.
