The 2017 Red Stitch Toboni Vineyard Pinot Noir alights one’s eyes with a dark rose hue almost reaching purple in the center of the glass which transitions into a beautiful hydrangea pink at the glass’s edge. A wispy hint of wild raspberry and violet on the nose is followed by a kiss of sweet wood. Gently pressed ripe strawberry and a bright raspberry essence glides along the palate with a delicate balance of acidity and a smooth, velvet finish.
